Postage Increase 2025 July 2025. Usps® rolled out new mailing rate changes, fees, and other significant shifts this july. The postal regulatory commission (prc) has approved the next usps postage rate increases, which will take effect on sunday, july 14, 2025.

The price of a forever stamp will increase from 68 cents to 73 cents. Postal rates, including the price of forever stamps, are going up again.
